Blankets which incorporate a non-biodegradable plastic mesh become unsightly when vegetation emerges in summers following installation. Even before vegetation lifts the mesh, it can snare and kill any passing small wildlife.</p><p>Alternatives including 100% biodegrade blankets or soil tackifiers are recommended for erosion control around LID installations.</p></div><div class="col-md-4">
